These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Petlópolis website. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, measurements and specifications. Product appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing changes or supplier updates. Material changes that affect an order will be handled in accordance with your legal rights.

4. FULFILMENT PARTNERS

We may use third-party suppliers, fulfilment partners and carriers to prepare and deliver orders. This does not remove Petlópolis' obligations to you as the retailer under applicable consumer law.

5. PRICES

6. PAYMENT

We accept only the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Do not list PayPal, boleto, Stripe or any other method here unless it is actually available to UK customers on the live checkout.

7. PLACING AN ORDER

The website will allow you to review and correct order information before submitting payment. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected goods. We will send an electronic acknowledgement. The point at which the contract is accepted should reflect the actual Wix/payment workflow and will be stated in the order confirmation.

8. AVAILABILITY AND ORDER CANCELLATION

If a product becomes unavailable, a material pricing error is identified or we cannot fulfil the order, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund amounts paid for it. We will contact you where reasonably possible.

10. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions may be subject to stated eligibility, dates and exclusions. We will not advertise a false expiry date, false scarcity or a discount that is not genuinely available on the terms shown.

12. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Where the website allows reviews or other user content, submissions must reflect genuine experiences and must not be unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or misleading. We may moderate content where reasonably necessary but will not create or present fabricated customer reviews as genuine reviews.

13. WEBSITE USE

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or use the website for unlawful activity.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Petlópolis branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party product images, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

15. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to goods. Any other limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms for future use of the website. The terms applying to an order are those presented when that order was placed, subject to mandatory law.
